  2. Collaborate on the design – share your photo(s) and preferences, I’ll show you similar examples of artwork for your approval.

  3. Receive your finished piece – your artwork is completed, signed, and delivered ready to frame or display.

Full Commission Policy 

Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery is 2–6 weeks for 12×16" and 16×20" commissions.

  • Larger or more detailed works may take 4–6 weeks.

  • Artworks may be completed sooner depending on complexity and my current commission queue.

Preview & Revisions

  • Each commission includes a digital preview proof before final printing.

  • One round of minor revisions (such as colour adjustments or small detail tweaks) is included in the price.

  • Additional revisions or major reworks can be made for an extra fee (€50–€100 depending on complexity).

Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot. This covers initial design, consultation, and planning work.

  • The balance is due when the final artwork is complete and ready to ship.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you cancel after the design process has begun, the deposit will be retained.

  • Once the preview is approved and the artwork is printed, no refunds or cancellations can be made.

Framing (Optional)

  • All commissions are sold unframed.

  • Framing can be arranged by request for an additional fee (typically €200–€280, depending on size, frame style, and shipping).
